Our Club is all about allowing the children to relax after a full day at school. Our intention is to offer the children opportunities to fulfil their intellectual, spiritual, physical, creative, social and emotional potential.There are places each day available to any child in the school including all new reception children. The sessions run from 3.15pm until 6.00pm each day at a cost of £8 per full session and a half session is available at a cost of £4.50 per session and runs from 3.15pm to 4.30pm. (There will be additional charges if you are late picking up your children).We also run holiday schemes during the Easter and Summer Holidays. These run from 08:00 until 18:00 most days of the holiday. We provide fun and games and can even provide small group tuition where required. Booking and payment must be made in advance. keep your eyes on the Newsletter for further details.Where space is available you can book your child into OOSC on a ‘pay as you go’ basis for the fees outlined above. If you are not a regular pre booked user you must give 24 hours notice and payment must be made on booking. However, please note that before any child attends we require that all data forms are completed and submitted, this need be done only once as they will be held on record. There is no charge for this. It is advisable to pre book and pay for sessions to secure the days you may require.Depending on your level of income and providing you work 16 hours a week, you may be able to claim tax credit. If you wish to claim you will need to quote our reference number which can be given on enrolment.At the cost of £1.20 a simple tea can be supplied for your child if they attend a full session. You should pre-book this at the beginning of every Term. Food will not be provided for children attending half sessions. All children may bring a snack from home.The fees, with a contribution from the school, cover the cost of two adult supervisors and pre-booked meals. At the end of the booked session, children should be collected promptly from the Out of School Club door located by the main gate in the car park.If you would like to visit our Out of School Club before enrolling please call in to speak to Mr Lewis or The Club manager.If you would like your child/children to attend the club please complete and return the outofschoolsignup form.
