St Matthew's Day

Every year the school celebrates St Matthew’s saint’s day on the 21^st September. This gives the school the opportunity to reflect on the life of St Matthew: the importance of his story and how we can use this to support and develop our understanding of being a Christian. We also read stories from his gospels as well as thinking about the school’s core values.

This year we thought about our spiritual journey and how we can use reflection spaces in our classroom to help with this.

We also began to develop Prayer Spaces within the school.
